Blueberry Yogurt Parfait


 This is a great way to start your morning off! This little cup is packed with 14 grams of protein!
First I started off with 1/2 cup frozen blueberries and microwaved them for one minute and thirty seconds.
Next I put this mixture into my bullet and pureed it. You could leave the blueberries whole if you wanted to.
Then I simply layered the puree, with some blueberry Greek yogurt (100 grams) and some Quinoa Crisps.
