Quinoa Crisp

These easy to make Quinoa Crisps are a great way to add more protein, fiber, good fat and a complex carb into any recipe. Top off your salad or add them to some yogurt. They are quick and easy to make. 

First I prepared Quinoa by following the recipe on the package.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Lay out a sheet of parchment paper and spread the cooked quinoa in a fine layer on the sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes.
You can top off the crisps with a little coconut sugar while they are still warm to add a sweet flavor.
